Flat Rate Shipping - When delivering within Australia we offer a flat shipping rate of AUD$10 for any parcel. This an Australia Post Express Parcel service with delivery within 2 business days or the next day depending on the postage zone.
Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD$100 with a delivery address within Australia. Please use this discount code at check-out: treat.
International Deliveries: We welcome international buyers from NZ, Asia-Pacific, UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Middle East. Postage rates for international destinationsare calculated at checkout prior to purchasing. This service is a Registered International Parcel Service and will be delivered between 3-10 business days.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
MORE ABOUT OUR LEADS & COLLARS
Best in Park® dog leads & collars are produced with durability and handler comfort in mind. Please take care of your Best in Park® leads & collars for many long and happy walking times ahead.
Avoid exposure to chemicals and water immersion because materials and hardware used to produce the leads are subject to damage and degradation. Always leave product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. Where possible straight-hang the leads after use. It is imperative that you follow our care and maintenance instructions for best results and longevity of our product.
Best in Park® leads are urban walking leads not sports or vigorous working/training leads. As with all leads, chewing is not recommended in order to preserve the construction.

The Distinguished Range
Solid brass hardware is used on the Distinguished collars and leads.

Regular Range
All hardware used on our regular range is zinc die-cast. A plate finish is applied to achieve an authentic, aged antique brass patina. The result is long-wearing and durable. Exposure to salt water will degrade the hardware, so please avoid immersion.

Strapping:
Unique braided & self-plaited strap designs – durable and comfortable to handle.

FITTING OUR COLLARS
To measure your dog's collar size, simply use a measuring tape around the base of the neck allowing a two finger space for comfort and record the measurement. See below diagram. Select the collar size which falls within the minimum and maximum size provided. We are also here to help you! Just drop us a line: team{at}bestinpark{dot}com and we will respond as soon as possible.
CARING FOR OUR COATS
We recommend hand-washing for our coats with mild detergent (no harsh detergents please). Coats with velcro should be fastened during washing to avoid the velcro catching on the fabric. Air-dry flat for best results - do not tumble dry.
FITTING OUR COATS
To determine the correct measurement of the coat please see the measuring diagram below. The length corresponds to the coat size. RETURNS
It is important to us that you are happy with your Best in Park® order. Please examine your purchase carefully upon receipt.
We do not accept exchanges (other than faulty items) on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs). You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods by email and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and Best in Park® will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as immediately to discuss its return and replacement.
